The scope of toy 3C certification

1. Baby carriages: suitable for baby carriage products designed or scheduled for children to ride and play, including: children's bicycles (large saddle height within the range of 435mm～635mm), children's tricycles, strollers, baby walkers, toys Bicycles (large saddle height less than 435mm), electric strollers, and other toy vehicles.

2. Electric toys: suitable for toy products designed or scheduled for children under 14 years of age to play, and at least one function requires the use of electric energy, including electric toys, video toys, sound and light toys of various materials, etc. Note: not including transformers And battery charger.

3. Projectile toys: suitable for energy storage projectile toys designed or intended for children under 14 years of age to play, and non-energy storage projectile toys that emit projectiles through a projectile mechanism that can store and release energy, and non-energy storage projectile toys that are given energy by children The toy products do not include catapults, slingshots, darts or qiang with metal tips, pneumatic and pneumatic qiang and steamer qiang, and bow and arrow devices with a large slack length of the bowstring greater than 120cm.

4. Metal toys: non-electric toy products designed or intended for children under 14 years of age to play, the main body of the toy is made of metal materials, and is not intended to carry the weight of children, including static metal toys and motorized metal toys, excluding: Similar to stationery toys, mouth-moving toys, etc.

5. Suitable for non-electric character doll toys designed or intended for children under the age of 14 to play, with at least the head and limbs made of non-woven polymeric materials and with clothing or bodies filled with soft materials.

6. Plastic toys: Suitable for non-electric toys designed or intended for children under the age of 14 to play, the main body of the toy is made of plastic, and non-electrical toys that are not intended to carry the weight of children, including static plastic toys and motorized plastic toys. Excludes inflatable toys, mouth-acting toys, similar stationery toys, water toys, etc.

7. Static toys: plug-in toys need to apply for 3C certification, handheld toys need to apply for 3C certification, dolls (3C certification for dolls, 3C certification for cars), 3C certification for drag toys, and 3C certification for building block toys.

The following toy products do not require 3C certification

1. Soft-filled toy products;

2. Paper and cardboard toy products: paper toy books, jigsaw toys, origami toys;

3. Mouth-acting toy products: whistle, horn, teether, toy pacifier;

4. Bamboo and wood toy products;
