Japan MIC certification application process——ZRLK

MIC certification is commonly known as TELEC certification, and Japan Amazon will call it Giteki certification. They are all the same certification, but the name is different. TELEC certification is the radio law. Exporting to Japan with Bluetooth/WIFI and other wireless devices must do this certification before exporting.

MIC certification process

1. Sign a business contract;

2. Provide application form and technical information;

3. Provide 1 fixed frequency prototype and 1 complete machine for testing;

4. Get the test result;

5. Issue a draft test report and review technical data at the same time;

6. Confirm the draft report and improve the technical data;

7. Submit the application certificate (the MIC number of the conference, the number needs to be printed on the product);

8. Evidence collection and case closure.

MIC LOGO size development

According to customer prototype:

1. The size of the prototype is larger than the palm size, and the MIC LOGO diameter is 5mm;

2. The size of the prototype is smaller than the palm size, and the MIC LOGO diameter is 3mm;

MIC/TELEC certification information list

1. Instructions; (The homepage reflects the trademark, product name, and model number. No need to add warnings)

2. Block diagram; (need to reflect all crystal information and chip model, draw the antenna to indicate the antenna frequency)

3. Circuit schematic diagram; (need to reflect all chip model and crystal information, corresponding to the block diagram)

4. Operation description; (It is the description of the chip and crystal oscillator work project in the block diagram of the other party, and the model and crystal information should be reflected)

5. BOM; (need to reflect all crystal information and chip model)

6. PCB Layout; (PCB board wiring diagram)

7. Location map; (location map of components on PCB board)

8. Label; (need to indicate the size and the location map on the product, need to reflect the TELEC logo, and need to indicate the size of the TELEC logo)

9. ISO9001; (Applicant and manufacturer must have, if not, ISO documents are required)

10. Antenna specification; (a complete antenna report must include antenna type, antenna manufacturer information, antenna pattern and antenna gain)

11. Software and hardware version number.
