Which products need RoHS certification?

Considering that it will take some time for companies to meet the new hazardous substance requirements, the corresponding transition period is stipulated in (EU) 2015/863:
From July 22, 2019, all electronic and electrical products exported to Europe (except medical and monitoring equipment) must meet this restriction;
From July 22, 2021, medical equipment (including external medical equipment) and monitoring equipment (including industrial monitoring equipment) will also be included in the scope of control.
In addition, DEHP, BBP, and DBP will not be subject to the control of this directive for toy products that are already regulated under Article 51 of REACH Annex XVII.
